"Helping others to achieve their health and fitness goals is more than just a job, it’s a passion! My primary aim is to build a trusting relationship with my clients while guiding and motivating them to reach their fullest potential. During workouts, to avoid monotony and consistently challenge the body in new ways, I incorporate various tools and methods such as Fascial Stretch Training (FST-7 TRAINING SYSTEM), High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), functional, suspension, step, and kettle bell training as well as various forms of bodyweight workouts. Regardless of the workout, my focus remains always on steady progression and the overall physical and mental wellbeing of the client. “

FITNESS, MORE THAN A PASSION!
Between the ages of ten to fifteen I grew up with my tutor and mentor who was a gym teacher. Sports have always played a big role in my life, as I’ve been very active since my early childhood; I played handball, volleyball, basketball, soccer, and practiced various styles of athletics. At the age of 17, I took my independence and went to live on my own – a time of my life that would prove to be quite difficult. That’s when I started a very simple routine: 150 push-ups followed by 150 crunches and some planks - I did this morning and night. I realized the positive impact this had on my body ad mind and so decided to raise the bar and started doing reps of 300. At the time, I was taking self-defense lessons, and shortly after I started doing street work outs at a park on my way home. My interest then expanded, as I started reading books about nutrition and fitness until finally one day I took the initiative to sign myself up to a gym. Later I would spend a short time in the army; I took a liking to the mentality, the discipline and rigor – aspects, which I incorporate into my workouts. Indeed, sports and fitness have been a real love story for me; exercising on a regular basis became something I looked forward to, a moment of relaxation, a practice that has benefited me both psychologically and physically and that I wish to pass on to others.
