USER AGREEMENT - TERMS & CONDITIONS
By using our website and by booking and purchasing our services you agree to all terms and conditions. Continued use of our services by you will constitute your acceptance of any changes or revisions to the Agreement. You can access this Agreement at any time from the bottom of any page of the ShapeFitMilitary.com website. If you do not agree with the rules contained in this Agreement, please do not use the Service.
1. All prices are in euros (EUR).
2. All purchases are valid for a duration of 1 month (30 days) as of the date of purchase.
3. Classes, sessions and packs are non-transferable from one person to another.
4. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a class or session at any time without justification.
5. Classes and sessions canceled by the participant less than 48 hours in advance will still be billed.
6. No shows will still be billed.
7. There are no refunds on any purchases for any service.
8. All persons under 18 years of age must have written consent from a parent or guardian.
9. Theft and attempted theft will result in immediate cancellation of any purchases without any compensation and potential prosecution.
10. All individuals release Epiphane Koussawo, the website owner, or any of the personal trainers and associated parties in collaborations (hereafter referred to as the ShapeFitMilitary Team) of all liability regarding 1) any injury to self or child 2) any loss or damage to personal property.
11. The ShapeFitMilitary Team strongly recommends that you consult with your physician or doctor before beginning any exercise or nutrition program. You should be in good physical condition and be able to do exercise in order to proceed.The ShapeFitMilitary Team is not a licensed medical care provider and represents that it has no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of any specific exercise on a medical condition. You should understand that when participating in any exercise or nutrition program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in this exercise or nutrition program, you agree that you (a) do so at your own risk, (b) are voluntarily participating in these activities, (c) assume all risk of injury to yourself, and you agree to release and discharge the ShapeFitMilitary Team from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of the ShapeFitMilitary Team's negligence.
12. GENERAL DISCLAIMER - Exercise and health are matters that vary from person to person. Viewers of these programs should speak with their own doctors about their individual needs before starting any exercise program. This Web site is not intended as a substitute for the medical advice and supervision of your personal physician. Any application of the recommendations set forth in the following pages is at the viewer's discretion and sole risk. If you are over 35 or have been inactive for a few years, see your physician before beginning any exercise program. This is especially important if your family has a history of heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, arthritis, obesity, cigarette smoking, or other health conditions. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading copyrighted material. ShapeFitMilitary.com owns a copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement of such content, as well as in the content original to it. Each third party content provider owns the copyright in content original to it. You may not modify, publish, transmit, display, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit the content available on or through the ShapeFitMilitary.com site, except as otherwise expressly permitted under copyright law or with the express permission of ShapeFitMilitary.com and the copyright owner.
14. We reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions and prices at our discretion. If we make any significant change to this policy, we will provide notice of the changes on this website.
15. Security. The ShapeFitMilitary Team takes all reasonable steps to protect your personal information, however we cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose online or via e-mail. By using our website and booking platform you accept the inherent security implications of dealing online and will not hold the ShapeFitMilitary Team responsible for any breach of security.
RESPECT FOR THE SHAPE FIT MILITARY FITNESS CENTER
1. The use of a clean towel is mandatory during training.
2. Shoes must be clean and strictly reserved for indoor use
3. Suitable sportswear is required
4. For hygienic reasons, shaving in the changing rooms/showers is strictly prohibited
5. Smoking and the consumption/distribution of narcotics are strictly prohibited
6. Animals are not allowed on the premises
RESPECT FOR THE SERVICE PROVIDER, HIS EMPLOYEES, FREELANCE TRAINERS, ASSISTANTS AND CUSTOMERS
1. Any verbal or physical violence will not be tolerated in any way
2. Sexual harassment on the premises will not be tolerated
3. The Shape Fit Military Fitness Centre is equipped with security cameras for the safety of the individuals on the premises in order to identify the perpetrators of any thefts or assaults. The client gives his or her consent to be filmed by these cameras.
4. The service provider reserves the right to deny access to the Shape Fit Military Fitness Centre or to terminate any member's subscription and/or multiple session pack, without any formal notice or refund if he feels that his integrity or the integrity of one of his employees, freelance trainers, assistants or customers has been threatened.
IMAGE RIGHTS
1. In the context of media events or activities to promote the Shape Fit Military Fitness Centre, the client agrees that his or her image be used for commercial or promotional purposes. He or she will not be entitled to any form of financial compensation. The individual who does not want his image to be used will have to inform the service provider that he does not wish to be filmed or photographed.

9. Le vol et la tentative de vol entraîneront l'annulation immédiate de tout achat sans aucune indemnisation et une poursuites éventuelles.
10. Tous individus libèrent et déchargent Epiphane Koussawo, le propriétaire du site Web, les coachs et toutes parties associées ou en collaborations avec Shape Fit Military (ci-après dénommée équipe ShapeFitMilitary) de toute responsabilité concernant 1) toute blessure à sa personne ou à un enfant 2) toute perte ou dommage aux biens personnels.
11.L'équipe ShapeFitMilitary vous recommande fortement de consulter votre médecin avant de commencer tout programme d'exercice ou de nutrition. Vous devez être en bonne condition physique et être en mesure de faire de l'exercice afin de continuer. L'équipe ShapeFitMilitary n'est pas un fournisseur de soins médicaux agréé et déclare qu'elle n'a aucune expertise dans le diagnostic, l'examen ou le traitement de conditions médicales de toute nature, et ne peut pas déterminer l'effet d'un exercice spécifique sur une condition médicale. RESPECT DU PERFORMANCE TRAINING CENTER SHAPE FIT MILITARY

3. Pour des raisons d’hygiène, il n’est pas autorisé de se raser dans les vestiaires 5. Il est strictement interdit de fumer et de consommer/distribuer des stupéfiants 6. Les animaux ne sont pas autorisés
RESPECT DU PRESTATAIRE, SES COLLABORATEURS, PRÉPOSÉS ET AUTRES CLIENTS
1. Toute violence verbale ou physique n’est aucunement tolérée
2. Le harcèlement sexuel ou les relations sexuelles ne sont pas tolérées
3. Le Centre de Fitness Shape Fit Military est équipés de cameras de sécurité pour les biens et personnes qui fréquentent les lieux ou pour identifier les auteurs de vols ou d’agressions. Le client donne son consentement d’être filmé par ces caméras.
4. Le prestataire se réserve le droit d’interdire l’accès au Centre de Fitness Shape Fit Military ou de résilier l’abonnement et ou le pack de séances de tout membre, sans aucune forme de procès ni aucun remboursement s’il estime que son intégrité ou celle d’un de ses collaborateurs, préposés ou clients à été menacée.
DROIT à L’IMAGE
1. Dans le cadre d’événements ou activités médiatiques pour la promotion du Centre de Fitness Shape Fit Military, le client accepte que son image soit utilisée à titre commercial ou promotionnel. Celui-ci ne pourra prétendre à aucune forme de rémunération ou compensation. La personne ne souhaitant pas que son image soit utilisée devra mentionner au responsable qu’il ne souhaite pas être filmé ni pris en photo.
